Alison
Salon Manager
After 25 years working in offices, Alison found herself choosing a career change and has not looked back ever since!
Starting at Utopia as a receptionist, Alisons potential was quickly spotted. She has gone from strength to strength ever since. Alison said this about her role: "I enjoy exceeding customer expectations, and I feel proud when a client is happy with my work. I know that a fresh style can really boost confidence, and I love to make a difference."
Billie
Junior Stylist
Billie has recently joined the salon as Junior Stylist, she has just under 2 years’ experience working in a salon, and qualified in 2021, completing level 2 and level 3.
Billie is passionate about colouring and enjoys highlighting in particular and would like to specialise in this.
She is looking forward to expanding her knowledge within the industry.
Jo
Stylist
Jo has been hairdressing now for 17 years. Currently training to be a Trichologist ( a hair loss and scalp specialist), she’s able to help with things such as nutrition for maintaining healthy hair.
Jo has experience in all hair techniques down to that simple bob or a stunning balayage. No request is too difficult and she will guide you on what will work best for your hair.
Michelle
Receptionist
An experienced receptionist with a varied background, Michele has previously worked as a teaching assistant. Today, she keeps things running smoothly at Utopia!
Whether she is greeting clients with a warm welcome or supporting the stylists, Michele's experience helps maintain a calm and fun atmosphere within the salon.
